Beef rendang originally from West Sumatra Indonesia, a version of curry as the influence of trading merchants from India, a slow cooking beef with almost 20 spices in coconut milk topped up with roasted rich golden brown coconut flakes, a perfection blend of unique taste.
Gado-Gado
Love for vegetarians fellas: Gado-gado means “mix” in Indonesian Languange (bahasa) mix of vegetables with peanut so delicious and healthy, your body nourished and your mind experiencing a foodgasm.
Nasi Tumpeng (yellow rice)
Steamed with some herbs and spice included kaffir lime, lemon grass, galanga, turmeric with coconut milk
All these match made in heaven topped up with Marinated Roasted Organic Tempeh (Fermented Soya beans) served fresh and hot from the oven.
